Hacking M3real questions

Hi, new guy here.
I am looking into buying a flash cart for my DS - of course that is why I am here!
Some questions, probably basic for you folk seeing you are the experts!!.

Reading around on different sites it seems that the CycloDs is one of the top ones but it gets delayed longer and longer, store here (australia) don't take preorders anymore - so that is out.
R4DS looks to be one of the originals around and seems to be readily available but looks like support and updates are not there.

Now I have read the M3DSreal - this looks to be the best, nice touch screen and other features, seems to have updates (is that true) and is fairly new BUT where can I buy it.
I am after an English version and I am in Australia. Looking in these forums dealextreme has them - are they a good company and send to Australia - who has dealt with them?

Am I correct say the M3real is a good choice (would mainly play roms)

If you were to purchase our M3 Ds Real, we suggest you to buy it from one of our official reseller. As of this point the English version have yet to be out for purchase. In which case it will be available very very soon.

Thanks - good review Pharaoh - what do people mean 'patching' for the browser?

Forgot to say - if I just want 1 or 2 GB would I just be better to get a G6real or is theM3real the thing to get?

I am guessing that people will have more of a chance to get the M3real in a few weeks than the hard to get Cyclo. Which would you pick?
