Well I was expecting that. Becaus the dsi XL is just a oversized dsi, with a much more worse resolution.

if 1 works then all current DSi 1.4 compatible flashcarts should work on DSi XL

The resolution is exactly the same. Every DS model from the Fat to the i XL has the exact same resolution, 256x192 on each screen.

And the AceKard 2i works on it as well, though the card slot is slightly different so you may have a contact issue.

    oh god
and I thought the switch from DSLite to DSi had a big difference in screen size XD

good that the M3i works though (even if I'm not gonna get an XL) [IMG]

What I mean is: you have a bigger screen but no upgrade of the display. So your screen gives a much ruder picture.

That's actually surprisingly wrong. 256*192 =49152 pixels. Enlarge each pixel with only one micrometer, and you've got a dsi xl screen.

Now, I love System of a down - whenever I am in mood I may listen their songs again, but way how it is used in this video is just... grah, the video would been SO much better just by NOT using a song (AT ALL)

You obliviously haven't seen one of these beauties for real, I have owned every hand held ever made and I can say without a doubt that the DSI XL looks fantastic I always thought the screen size on the DS and DSI was too small, but the XL is spot on, there is no pix elation at all, the graphics on all games old and new look bright, colourful and vibrant, this breaths new life into older games for sure, and the sound is so much louder and clearer.

    Buy an XL
