Hacking 'M3DS Real' w/ 'EZ-Flash 3-in-1'?

I'm considering buying an M3DS Real, mainly because it actually has download play, unlike my EZ5.

I know that GBA linkage works with M3DS Real using their expansion packs. But does the M3DS Real work with the 3-in-1, not just for GBA linkage; does it work with the RAM/GBA Game/Rumble/Linkage?

It should all work with Rudolphs 3 in 1 tool, but it won't be integrated in the GUI.

If its not integrated in the GUI how would you boot the GBA game? Direct boot from the Slot-2?

You start a NDS-file. In that file you choose the GBA-game you want to play. The DS will use the 3 in 1 to boot the game in GBA mode.
