Hacking M3DS Real freezes with Zelda: PH

Anyone else get this problem? I got M3DS Real 2.9 firmware. When I get the Map or whatever it is from the first temple, it freezes. Always. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!!

Awesome! Thanks! I downgraded to 2.8 becuase I read that that fixed it, but just in case I turned off Soft reset and that worked!!! Thanks for the quick help!!!!!
