Hacking M3 update?

Hey guys, well my friend hasn't updated his m3 in ages and decided to do so now, but i can only seem to find the latest game manager and not the latest update, tried to look at their website but it's currently down, so was just wondering if anyone could link me a webpage that does have the update or anything, thanks in advance!

I've got a m3 cf, and it's the english version.
