Hacking M3 Sakura help pls

Can someone help me or answer my questions? I have a M3 real with the M3 sakura logo on it, and it has the official M3 website on the cartridge. I downloaded from http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=2553 ... I extracted the files and put the Micro SD card back in my M3 . It did nothing.. So I went to the file MyCard in the main menu , then system, after that M3Sakura. I pressed launch then "Check disk for NDS Ver 0.4. nds" It sort of loaded up until 33% and froze. I looked it up in the M3Sakura FAQ and found it. It said after it freezes or something format your Micro SD card into (a) FAT32.. How would I do that? If this isn't what I'm supposed to do with the files and stuff, or for any other reason and you know how to install M3 Sakura, please give me a tutorial ._.
