Hacking M3 Perfect SD vs SuperCard SD

I'm pretty tight on cash and was wondering which would be the better deal in the Long Run?
Does SuperCard SD support NoPass Action Replay DS?
I could care less about skins and customizing things.
I want to play compo roms that are pretty big 16-32mb.
How's the Nintendo DS Support [for both]in your opinion?

From what I've read, NDS is good on both, but Supercard can have gba slowdowns.
