Hardware M3 Perfect SD Not Working

Hi all I have just started to have problems with my M3 Perfect SD not working.

It boots up and I can select a DS game but when it starts to load in it keepes saying Write PSRAM Fail! System will be shut down!

Has anybody had this before, is my M3 perfect not perfect anymore.

Ok to update I have tried some gba games andthere load in, so it seems like its only ds games what are failing.
