Hacking M3 MEDIA folder files

Recently received the M3 Lite and with it came a pretty poorly put together CD that includes older versions of software. Does anyone know where I can get the update to the files in the MEDIA folder, in particular the main setup file?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
