Hacking M3 lite saves...

I don't have a converter to convert any of my GBA saves into .dat... would someone provide a link that might help me???

i also heard i could use .sav format instead...
so anyone got any tips?...
I've found some saves from Gamefaqs.com that are in .sps, and would like to have those converted, if you could help please post,
