Indeed. The R4 support isn't that bad either though. If you just want to be able to play all of the DS-games without patching and without updating your cart, it's better than the M3 Real is.

I just want them to update so it can use WarCraft Tower Defense again. I haven't been able to use it since 2.3

It works kinda like the R4 / M3 Simply. Instead of copying _DS_MENU.DAT and the _SYSTEM_ dir you copy the SYSTEM dir from the M3 Real and you're good to go. It includes all languages too.

Oh, sorry, I misunderstood you

Well, on my R4, every game always worked, even with Soft Reset. Well, Worms Open Warfare 2 gave problems, but that has been fixed. Every game can Soft Reset too.

The M3 Real receives many updates, which fix new games (in most cases for Soft Reset). So if you don't care about the extra features of the M3 Real, the R4 may be better because Soft Reset always works without updates.

Is there a way to update without losing your settings (soft reset/other options for roms, bookmarks for text in moonshell, etc)? Losing these things makes me dread updating.
