I've never upgraded my firmware, so I think it's high time to do so.
I read the FAQ so I know the procedure, but the one thing I don't know is if I need to take my games and such off first.

    M3 Simply or M3 Real?

That's kind of an important question.

Or M3 Perfect, or M3 Professional?

If you're not sure of what you're doing always backup your data first

Drop the new firmware onto the root of your MicroSD. Boot up your NDS it will ask if you want to upgrade.

Backed up files, followed instructions on M3wiki, no issues. Thanks guys. Now if only Mario Party's download play worked.
