M3 DS Simply v.1.02 Final

You knew this was coming








The pattern continues. R4 updates, and now M3DSS follows suit. The update is exactly like R4's, but in case you missed it:



· Hiding the display of those files and directories with "Hiding" attributes.

· Using the L button is the same as touching the screen to adjust the brightness.

· Narrowing the display for transditional Chinese characters.

· Background light will now turn off while closing DS in save mode.

· Soft reset included (L+R+A+B+X+Y) or touch the soft reset button with R to switch on/off this function.

· Decreasing possibility to experience the triforce boot screen and noise caused by using soft reset.

· Improving the technique to issue of freezing menu while using soft reset.

· Adds feature of large text size in eBook.

· eBook is also skinnable (create bckgrd_1.bmp & bckgrd_2.bmp in folder /_SYSTEM_/EBOOK)

NOTE: Due to the nonsynchronous of the audio and video, Moonshell temporarily does not support soft reset, but we will update with a new edition supporting it as soon as possible.

eBook is a nice feature. Can adjust the font size and even color (just eBook), rotate text. Plus, it gives me a reason to update skins.

I am sure they did, they want us to switch to slot1, I will go for supercard again, Getting a m3 lite was a big mistake in order to run homebrew

I like that one... 'Cause 1.02 beta definitely had noise when you used soft reset...

Any reductions of that is good, even if the noise itself is not a huge problem

anyone notice if you close the lid while the games loading and dont open it till the games loaded the back light stays off?

i noticed this when i started a game and had to put it in my pocket because i was walking out side where it was snowing lol.

What problems are you having with homebrew and m3 lite ? most homebrew work and ones that use dldi work too.

Where is that noise coming from? what in the heck is triforce boot screen?

The noise when you use soft reset is graphical noise, not a sound noise...

And I have no clue what the triforce boot screen is... Don't think I've ever seen it, maybe I'm lucky to have a non-faulty M3 DSS @[email protected]
