Well, from my past experience with bamboogaming.com, they send you only the contents of the package (ie. no box/plastic) to reduce the shipping costs. But you might have to give them an email. If it's the retail version - it should have it. Just give them the email.

I jumped the gun and just ordered one...

Quite cheap compared to others. Just USD $45.82

Any idea how long Bamboo takes with shipping?

here is a quote from their email:
"The shipment will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to Australia and 14 to 20 business days to other countries."

I e-mail them about MicroSD card reader, keyring case and CD with drivers and they send all stuff.
They have updated the list of contents. Check again the product page.

What's includes:
1 x M3 DS Simply
1 x MicroSD Card Reader
1 x Black Case
1 x Key Ring
1 x Drive CD

But as 4saken said they only shipped the goods without the original boxes.
