Hacking M3 and deleting roms?

I use the M3 MiniSD. Is it ok to delete roms by putting your card into the card reader and then going into the card thru "My Computer" and deleting the roms off of the card that way or do you have to always delete them through the Game Manager?

    That's one of the issues I have with ecchi stuff recently, it focuses too much on the sexual aspect, not the comedy effect.
