Recently I bought a Macbook. I was curious if there was an M3 Game Manager for mac available or if anyone out there would like to help me design one. I am a programmer but I have never done something like this before.

Let me know what you think and if there is something out there for Mac.

So basically NO there's no Macintosh version which means you'll have to use VirtualPC.
If you want to make a Mac version you should contact the M3 team ( http://www.m3adapter.com )

Unfortunately Virtual PC doesn't work with Intel-based Macs such as the Macbook, but I believe there are other PC emulators for Mac, such as Parallels.
