Turn your 3ds on, pressing select and mark disable arm11 exception handlers.

error PM means that the luma version is outdated. It has nothing to do with disabling the handlers. If they do, they will just black screen on load

Dude...install finally a cfw. The process is very easy. Your blue button card doesn't work with newer games.
