But I have it, I downloaded from this thread, from the firm pack, I had two firm archives in my rei file
rei/firmware90.bin
rei/firmware.bin

Edit: Now it works, I just moved updatedsys to other part on my SD, I reboot my console holding L and it boots on sysNAND

I've successfully installed AureiNAND and A9HL on my New 3DS. It's working perfectly! But now I have a question: should I just go ahead and switch my emuNAND and sysNAND?

I don't really understand the advantages of doing so. I have plenty of room on my microSD (55 out of 128 GB still free), so getting rid of the emuNAND isn't going to make a difference. Is there any benefit in switching the NANDs, besides the slightly improved booting times, if I already have a working A9HL emuNAND setup?

If I decide to do so, can I use AureiNAND to boot into sysNAND with the updatedsys option? Would I need to use Mini Pasta if I go this route?

You can keep emuNAND (a common setup is to keep a 9.2 one to be able to use Decrypt9 if something bad happens to SysNAND) when switching.
SysNAND is booting slighty faster than EmuNAND, but the difference is barely noticeable. You could also unplug your SD card when on firmware if you need that.

If you don't think you need SysNAND as main NAND, then you can keep your EmuNAND, it will also be perfectly fine. Your call ;).

It's mostly for those who've been clamoring for a sysNAND CFW from the beginning. There's no inherent advantage right now, aside from avoiding dual GBA/DSi installs. If you've been wanting a sysNAND CFW since day one, then go for it. Either way you slice it, A9LH requires an SD card to boot properly, so whether you boot into CFW off the SD itself, or sysNAND, it makes no difference for the most part. Personally, I prefer to stick with emuNAND just as a bit of a security blanket/layer, even if it's not entirely necessary.

Yes. Just make a blank file in the rei folder called "updatedsysnand" and it'll boot sysNAND by default. No, miniPasta is never required anymore for A9LH, because it boots into sysNAND (if you choose to) with sigs patched from the get-go.

Thanks. I think I'll keep my emuNAND as it is for the moment. Maybe if I find a GBA game that Retroarch can't run I'll switch the NANDs, to avoid having to install GBA CIAs in both places.

firmware.bin

So many issues could be self-solved by just reading the first page thoroughly :!:

thanks... i did read the first post obviously i wouldn't even have arm9loaderhax installed if i couldn't read.
i have used the firmware in /rei-n3ds/firmware.bin tried replacing 3 times in case of any errors with the files.
i still cannot access the eshop on 10.6 emunand.

thanks

2) If you need to use NTR CFW, the 9.6 FIRM for Old3DS and the 10.2 FIRM for New3DS are needed. They are in the rei-n3ds and rei-o3ds folders inside the "NTR" folder in the FIRMs.7z. Also, on O3DS, you need to replace the "reboot" folder inside "rei" with the "reboot" folder inside "ntr-o3ds".
