@Bu2d85 I am not using a9lh at all, what I installed as mset. Which halts my progress if I wanted to do the whole luma thing. To be as informative as possible, I am on the latest fw for emunand but on 9.2 on sysnand. Haven't installed a9lh.

Then follow the link I sent you. It will take 10 seconds to install a9lh. After that backup your emunand and restore it to sysnand with hourglass9.

I've got a little trouble and I need to know if what I have done is right and if what about i'm planning to do is ok.

I've got a new 3dsXL with Luma3DS installed on it (old version of arm9loaderHax).
On august I updated to the new 6.X version of Luma3DS (6.0.1 if I remember well). After that I was playing and nothing else.
Since the new OFW update come out, I checked if there was a new version of Luma3DS and I seen the bug where lumaupdate cannot see the exact version of Luma3DS I was using.
So I decided to update lumaupdate (the icon of the software changed and I need to remove the old one). I made the installation of the new Lumaupdate by FBI.
So I update to the new version of Luma3DS with the updated version of Lumaupdate.
Everything is fine except I was needed to reconfigure Luma3DS.

Am I right with what I have done ? Done nothing wrong ?

Now I'm planning to update the firmware to 11.1 version. Is this a good idea or not at all ?
Actually I can't do anything in the eshop since I'm on 11.0 firmware.
And If it's a good idea to update how to do it ?

Having to reconfigure Luma after an update is normal I believe. You can update to FW11.1 via System Settings. Furthermore, Luma Updater updates itself automatically every time you open the application.

Strangely Lumaupdate was not updating itself. I remember the version shown was <unknown> ...
In order to update to firmware 11.1, I just have to boot, and then update via System settings ?
I will still be on Luma3DS, I will not be back on OFW ?

Put the theme files in the menuhax folder and use its installer to install the custom theme. Also installing a custom theme on your Emunand should not mess up menuhax. If it is then you have bigger issues than themes.
