What? This Confused me. :D

Save your complete Sd Content from SD on your PC.
Than Format the SD Card (Fat32) Put Only the Nintendo 3ds Folder files9 folder Luma folder and the other a9lh stuff back to your SD and thy again.
This did the trick! I'm finally done, thank you!

And thanks to @axewfious for the additional help in PM. Glad to be able to put all this behind me and not have to fuck with booting into emuNAND ever again!

I already have Emunand through Gateway and I am thinking of installing luma ... my access point is the ds profile through cubic ninja. I have some games installed. Does having emunand gives me a head start or do I begin from the start?

Backup your emunand and pretend like it never existed. Then do the guide completely with your current sysnand. At the end restore your emunand instead of your 9.2 sysnand.

The end result is your emunand will become your sysnand and you won't lose anything.

The real answer to your question is no. In the old guide it would have helped but the new guide is done entirely in sysnand.

If you are on a n3ds you could try the otpless a9lh install, but if you are on an o3ds (which you probably are givin the info provided) you will have to follow the he whole guide.

Update whit sysdowngrader your sysnand to 9.2
Or use Decrypt9 ctrtransfer to 2.1 than restore your Backup whit Hourglass.
After that use Decrypt9 to ctrtransfer a 9.2 nand or Sysdowngrader and Update whit it to 9.2 than Update your nand per Systemsettings.

@Shadow#1 Yes.

@Stoned @Bu2d85 I should have mentioned that I own n3ds and sysnand on 9.2, first I need to get rid of the mset. I tried the guide at one point but I stopped thanks to it. Whenever I try to use/ install ninjahax it just freezes. I am still on 11.1 emu GW with the a9hl (don't know anything about it apart from it autoboots)

Are you using GW's version of a9lh? I think the only way to remove that is to use an older launcher.dat and restore a backup from before you installed their a9lh.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Take a look at this:
http://gbatemp.net/threads/coming-soon-otpless-a9lh-installation-on-n3ds-no-2-1-downgrade.443187/

It's pretty stable now but it's not compatible with GW's a9lh.

@Bu2d85 I am not using a9lh at all, what I installed as mset. Which halts my progress if I wanted to do the whole luma thing. To be as informative as possible, I am on the latest fw for emunand but on 9.2 on sysnand. Haven't installed a9lh.

I updated Luma3DS via starUpdater to the latest version(v6.3-f244b95a)
I want to use the dev mode of Luma3DS. So I checked Err.Disp. which works fine.
But when I want to use UNITINFO patch, it gives me a blackscreen?
I already tried to delete the config file, but that still gives me the blackscreen.

Why will you use this?
