They're different for system type and region. Go here and grab the otherapp file for 10.7.0-32, and save it as "hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_OLD-11-0-0-33-USA.bin" (assuming O3DS and USA, adjust for your hardware and region accordingly).

I installed the one I got from Pastebin, along with the Config app, and they work fine. That DevMenu is 11.4 with no 3D banner.

But it's not just that. Everything in that DevMegPack crashes!

Ugh, I see part of the problem! It's that I used FBI (the newest version) to install it. The Pastebin DevMenu works when installed by FBI, but not the Apache. Nothing from Apache's pack works when installed by FBI. :/

Ah, it probably has to do with the way AT modified them to run from NAND. FBI is probably incorrectly (or even more likely, correctly) detecting where they should be installed. FBI 2.x wasn't even out when these were created. The modifications were sufficient to get DevMenu to install them to NAND, but FBI 2 probably determines this differently.

I have 11.0-x CFW now, but does that also mean that i have "permanent" CFW with no access to 9.2 unless i restore my NAND now?

if you are booting from Sysnand then yes

If you need 9.2, then instead of deleting EmuNAND as the guide says, you want to restore SysNAND_original.bin to it. If you've already deleted it, you'll have to backup the card and format it for EmuNAND again with EmuNAND9.

Maybe if it could run .3DS ROMs. CIAs take forever to install. They're also device-locked. I only use them for online games (though I do have a lot of those) and 3DSWare (just seems weird having that as a ROM). There's also the extra storage you get. It may not be essential like it and the Sky Blue (if you owned an N3DS) were a year ago when people were still running Palantine and you needed Ninjhax to do anything with the N3DS at all, but there are still benefits (for the GW, not so much the Sky Blue, I'd like to trade that in for a +, but I got my money's worth). It's still one of the best supported flash carts I've ever owned. I've had mine since before there even was CFW, before there was multi-ROM support even. The CFW did eventually catch up, but it's had a good run, and still far from useless.

I want to change CFW to Luma3DS emuNAND with MenuHax.
(I like to use emuNAND and MenuHax )
Can I do it without re-format emuNAND?
And what can I do now?

I could have sworn it was delebile's fork that had screen init off, so you would use his installer. I think there's even an updater for that. Safe installed with screen init last I checked. It's been a month since I did my devices though, so that could have changed.

If you have a smaller one (Say, 64 GB or so), I would try it. Chances are you'll have different results. If you want a reason, I have none.

So lost some of my back ups apparently. Updated luma to the latest everything solid. Doing nand and emunand backup.

Now i have the original a9hl installed when you had to compile your self with all the keys and what not. How would i update my a9hl? Run safe installet and update? I want no screen init

you could go with Aurora's non-screen init version. You will have to compile it, but you can use it with safea9lhinstaller...just follow the instructions and you'll be fine.

The overall goal here is to transition fully to a AL9H-9.2 sysnand and X.Y (emu/red)nand so I have as much brick protection as I can possibly manage.

If your goal is A9LH, you might as well just follow Plailect's guide. No point fiddling around with your current setup, as the guide will lead you through everything (Including Luma3DS installation).

If you really just want Luma3DS, it's as simple as deleting the rxTools files from your SD, and putting the Luma3DS files on instead.
