Somehow I am also having this feeling. Battery is around 8 months old.
Maybe for me Its because of using a Streetpass Relay?
I see. thanks alot. I'm pretty sure i followed the guide closely all the way till finishing the a9lh install and somehow the system got updated to 11.
I'll get rid of my 3ds then since i don't have experience in solder.
Are you using emunand?
I have had the same issue with any CFW on my N3DS. But ever since ditching emunand the issue seems to have gone away.

If Luma has language emulation just like NTR, do you think there could be a way to also do this with games' banners?
As of right now, if a game has multiple titles and banners for different languages, it will display the one according to the system's language.
Then you can have language emulation enabled and boot the game as if your 3DS was of that region and language.
Could there be a way to load the banner and title according to which language is being emulated? I think that would be a nice touch.
Of course, it probably wouldn't be very useful, but I wanted to play Pokémon X and Alpha Sapphire in Japanese. I can simply pick Japanese when I make my save file and play that way, but it would be really cool if it could also display the Japanese banners on the Home Menu.
Would this even be possible? I'm mainly wondering if it would be possible. If it would be too much work for too little gain I understand if Aurora doesn't want to bother implementing this, but I want to know if this would at least be possible. Then maybe someone else could do it if they cared enough.

@TuxSH @Aurora Wright Turns out that today my new sd card arrived (a Samsung EVO 32 GB) and after copying my files and trying with this one it doesn't even want to enter to the config menu :/

Might be unrelated, but do you know which build of a9lh you have installed?
I had an older a9lh build from mid-March installed, from back when I first installed a9lh, and never bothered replacing it.
Then I replaced my a9lh build with a different, more recent one, and my cfw would still boot fine, except Decrypt9/Emunand9/uncart would hang on a black screen after screen init no matter what I did.
Could this be related? I'm not entirely sure what could be causing your problem, because I fixed my problem by updating D9/Emunand9/uncart to their latest versions and suddenly they worked again. But you were updated to the latest version of Luma and it broke, then you went back to a version that was working and it wasn't working anymore... so I'm not sure.

I tried with 5.3.1, 5.4, the newest commit and a build that Tux did send me yesterday, neither of these worked.

I have the first Screen init version IIRC, it worked yesterday and before with everything, I don't know why isn't working now.
I did come across this issue too when I formatted my PNY's 128GB sd card to exFAT. I used windows default formatting tool (thinking it would format in FAT32). Since it didn't work, I then used this tool to format the card and it worked perfectly: http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/guiformat.exe

Before trying to replace a9lh payloads, though, I'd wait for Aurora's or Tux's input on if they think that replacing the payloads could help. On the off-chance that replacing your payloads would make things worse, I don't want to be responsible for it.

Yeah, I'm trying to drain all of the resources that I have, I'll let that and restoring NAND backup as last resource.
