Hold select on boot and make sure you don't have any SysNAND options enabled.

when I play a gba game , whenever I get out of it , my 3ds direct resumes to sysnand .

is there any way for him to go straight in emunand ? I use armloader hax and I'm aureinand 5.0.

detail, ds games and DSiWare when closed straight back to already emunand

No, this is done to Prevent the loss of GBA Saves.

Retried ARN 5.0 and still issues with NDS flashdards and VC games, (I removed firm bin files from Airei folder of course). Really don't know what is going wrong with it. Again I didn't use patched cia for TWL and AGB...
I also tried the build pbanj linked and same result...
I will stick to ARN 4.2 for now and will try next release.

No need, he doesn't use a boot manager.

I have clean AGB and TWL firm, I NEVER patched them at all, I even applied NAND backup (made just after successfull A9HL installation) and it's same result. I can try if you want to install fresh cia for TWL and AGB firm, just give me their correct IDs and version (EUR console). So I just checked to see and it seems there's a new devmenu version and a new FBI version released not long ago.

BBM is an outdated rebranded devmenu.

Did you downgrade at one moment ? It's really looks like agb & twl firms problems. So I would strongly suggest to reinstall those firms. Check out the tutorial sections, there's at least 2 threads with the titles ids in it.

Ok I fixed my problem, I used another SD card, just copied "Nintendo 3DS" folder from the other one and made clean ARN 5.0 install on it.

Now everything is working as expected...I feel dumb to not have though about this earlier...

I formated the other one and cloned content and it's working too...Still don't understand why it was not working before but, at least it work now, problem solved...the weird way...

At least I was right about my TWL and AGB firms, they were clean. Anyway, thx all for you help and sorry for that.

I tried to run a Japanese CIA of both Animal Crossing New Leaf and Happy Home Designer on my girlfriends US O3DS, and after the Nintendo 3DS loading screen I get the grey "An error has occurred" screen and get sent back to the home screen. I have her 3DS updated to 5.0 and I'm installing these on and using a redNAND. Is there any reason why this shouldn't be working? Other US CIA's work just fine.

the titleIDs to redownload via 3DSNUS should be 0004013800000202 (AGB_FIRM) and 0004013800000102 (TWL_Firm) No?
