Anyone have comment 649b160 compiled?

You can't read, can you?

Just FYI, I set up a website that compiles the latest commit of ARN at astronautlevel2.github.io/AuReiNand

It compiles it hourly, so it should be pretty up to date :)

i think clockrate speed thingie is a gimick for most games, it works with very very few games such as pokemon the in battle lag ,i think it fixes that.

but wow seeing clock rate speed option included in aurei, awesome.

At the time the build was 404ing aka not found. It's fixed now. But he did act like a child.
I reported his post. Actually, I'm going to report every future post of his. I've seen enough posts of his in rxTools that made me want to punch my eyes out. He can't compile it himself and acts as a spoiled brat.

wildfire / thunderflash? does it really speed it up ? i notice no lag in the game by default actually.
or maybe you talk of a different inazuma game, but ofcourse i would love for it to function with every game , i tried it with story of seasons which has a terrible lag (tried NTR clock speed on my n3ds and still lagged).

i think it does work ,but with very few games.

Some games you may not notice anything as they already took advantage of it. But the links are still being worked out for aureinand(that's why the build is a beta)

It doesn't even completely fixes battle lag. It just performs a bit better, but there are still frame drops when 3D is enabled.

However, some game performs really better with it.

going to wait for the update then !

btw. what do you think has caused the Error in my og3ds? the error occurred turn off power on 3ds < i have had the 3ds in updated sysnand mode only.

no emuNAND,i will tell you something which confused me in it and could be the root of that error that occurred for me,

what i noticed was this , after i formatted my mSD and put my content back in and injected some old emuNAND partition of mine and then re-swapped the NANDS.

and i deleted the emuNAND partition again to use updated sysNAND option only, and then i went to my homescreen and the folders showed up that my old emuNAND had and when i went into settings/software i saw the old things i had still in my 3ds like each of them had a "X" icon on them, stating them unusable?

so i removed those to not encounter any more problems with it..'

i ask because i would be afraid for something like that to happen on my other 3ds'es my ogXL which has 32 gig card in it, and my n3dsXL which has a 64gig.

i would not want to remove re-install everything from scratch.. how would i go on to avoid that specific error?

the black screen Error has occurred turn off your 3ds and power it on again < and this actually happened to my og3ds right after i Launcher my Blue GW card wanting to play some nds game.

after i launched the GW Card that Error occurred, and i did have the twl agb firms in the aurei folder so i dont know why it gave me that error and right after that , that error sticked like permanent , forced me to use my old emuNAND backup and redo the swap proccess for updated sysNAND.

any clue why it has happened ? i hope it was only because of my Blue GW card, luckily though it never gave me issues with my OGXL which is also on updated sysNAND ..hmm..

Shit that is odd. It may have been the gateway. I know they use to have a bricking code(not sure if it was on red or blue or both) so maybe it got triggered but the firm protections saved it

Bricking code from GW gets you the BSOD iirc, so I doubt FIRM0/1 protection would do anything to stop it.

That being said, I have no idea what caused the problem either.

Not sure how brick from GW works, but maybe FIRM0/1 patches prevents it from working (for example, if their brick code messes FIRM0/1, then it would be uneffective with this patch).

That's what I'm thinking is it blocked some of it from working so he was able to still use a9lh to get into decrypt9.

Yup. Because if FIRM0/1 are intact, then he would be able to boot A9LH.

But that would be weird, because I'm not familiar with GW but assuming their launcher is using ARM9, then it would be able to overwrite FIRM0/1 even with patches...

If @pbanj is correct in that GW bricking code encrypts the NAND, it would be feasible that that's what happened. The bootrom error said that NAND was not accessible, which would make sense if it was encrypted.
