how do i access to the homebrew launcher on a 9.2 sysnand if the boot.3dsx is being used to autoboot to aureinand?

With A9LH, it's possible to boot the HBL at boot, instead using the hb launcher cia ?

Depends on what you boot in

I have 1 system setup to boot straight into HBL when i need it
AuReiNand A9LH Screen Init (brightness in config set to 4)
- Sysnand 9.2 - A9LH (firmware90.bin) (Hold "L" to boot)
- Sysnand 9.2 - A9LH (firmware.bin) (10.2 NTR compatible) (Hold "R" to boot)
- EmuNand 10.7 - A9LH (firmware.bin) (10.2 NTR compatible)

On SysNand 9.2, i have MenuHax installed, but it's triggered to boot HBL by holding Nothing
- Holding L triggers AuReiNand to boot sysnand with firmware90.bin, Keep holding L boots into sysnand home menu
- Holding L triggers AuReiNand to boot sysnand with firmware90.bin, but right after power up and after first screenflash (that's why i need the screen init version on this system), let go L boots into HBL

If you only have Sysnand 10.7 it's not possible to boot straight into HBL (it needs a 9.2 sysnand or emunand)
I'm not into all the screen init stuff so i don't dig into it, as long as it boots my system i'm happy, screen init or no screen init (flashing screens)
I just know for that 1 3ds system it's handy to have screen init

Should I install a clean one / would the built-in patcher screw up AGB_FIRM or don't touch it because the hashes or signatures or whatever don't match?

You don't have to do anything.

If you do just because you're like me and want a clean AGB_FIRM, you can just download it using 3DNUS (I'd find the title id but I'm on my phone, you can find it on 3dbrew) and install the CIA you get from that.

We have found that a clean TWL and AGB firms work the best

It just won't make a difference, since you already have a patched AGB_FIRM installed.

Well that 'Black' un-named title i now have on my home screen is definitely not a game!. I have gone through all my games and every game in the memory management list is present on the home menu, one thing i did notice i did have 2 Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Trilogy titles, so i delete 1

What else could it be a game update possible?

If you really having trouble with this, try temporarily renaming you Nintendo 3DS folder to something else and let your 3DS create a new one. That should significantly reduce the list you have to filter though. Than once you have identified, deleted and fixed revert changes.

I hadn't thought of that, that's a pretty good idea.

Was the only thing that worked for me when I had black boxes. Using both devenu and fbi, their different layouts give different perspectives and use with 3ds game database on the web to verify before delete (search the last 5 or 6 numbers) You can take it a step further and create a ctrnand backup before proceeding but I'd assume you've done that anyways.
