You can't play dsi and gba games on emunand because the 3ds reboots to sysnand

Alright, open up menuhax manager in HBL. Set it to type 2 and press any button.
That way, it'll automatically load AuReiNAND unless you tell it to.

Linked nands is not recommended. Just install dsiwares and gba games on sysnand.

So I just installed my first dsiware game using Dev Menu and saw it installed to TWLN. So am I limited to the the small size of my TWL NAND for dsiware or is there a way to install them to SD? The GBA CIAs I installed installed to SD by default.

For dsiware, you are limited by the 1024 blocks (so about 128MB) No way to install dsiware on sd.

I'm setting up a dualboot sysnand/emunand (for region change purposes). Problem is, I need firmware90.bin, but I can't seem to find it...

Is this one of those 'that iso site' deals, or have I not looked hard enough?

That one's by a different company. They all call it "R4 something" to get more sales. It probably works too, but I can't vouch for it.

Yup, 4 per game + 1 RTS slot.
