What does firmware Sys and Sys9 do? As i can boot into these.
Do i need arm9loaderhax to use this and have all the stuff regular cfw can do?
I can't access homebrew launcher due to it being used on menuhax toggle, could i install homebrew launcher to my home menu without an emunand? (Only 2gb sd card for now, and would i install it to my sd card?)
Is there a way to install fbi/nasa to health and safety without a pc, using ftp with an android device? As i can't use the inject app.

For the Sys and Sys9: Sys is the sysNAND with the latest FIRM while Sys9 is sysNAND with FIRM 9.0.
Do you need A9LH to have all the stuff? I don't think so, but A9LH is great!
You can install the Homebrew Launcher CIA by Yellows8, you can find it on 3DS Homebrew and Emulation here.
You can't install FBI/NASA to H&S without a PC AFAIK.
And yes, you need the boot.3dsx to open the Homebrew Launcher.

firmware.bin allows you to boot emuNAND, firmware90.bin allows you to run 9.2 on A9LH.
Well, redownload the starter pack, delete any OTHERROPBIN or something like that file that you might have on the root of your SD card. Are you trying to run the Homebrew Launcher from what entrypoint?

When it comes to gba, the DStwo is actually unrivaled. I have both (and a DSTwo Plus, which is the only thing I know of that lets you play all of Golden Sun).

Well, the DS part of the DSTwo was based on AKAIO. And well, when it comes to GBA, you can use the Acekard/Slot 1 Flashcard + 3in1/Slot 2 Flashcard, gpSP(New 3DS) or AGB_FIRM injection if you run it on a 3DS.
The DSTwo is actually nice for SNES if you are still running an Old 3DS, and great for GBA if you have a DSi, else, using a Slot 2 cartridge/AGB_FIRM is better since you get native support, which is perfect and accurate.
Still, the DSTwo was an amazing cartridge back when we had APs, since it could bypass it by running it on "Clean" mode, good times. Nowadays, there aren't any new DS games around, so it doesn't matter a lot.

You should try the A9LH guide so you can just use sysNAND and free that 1GB. Either way, get a bigger SD card for yours' sake.

I plan to install ctrbootmanager, so i guess i'll be fine, already edited the cfg to be able to boot AuReiNand.
I won't ever be installing A9LH, i don't want to risk a brick, and i lack a pc.

You should be able to do it without a PC AFAIK, and it's pretty brickproof, but since you only have 2GB... you won't notice any major improvement on boot time, besides going back to the stock 2-3 seconds boot time, I think.
