I still cannot figure out how to boot with firm90 instead of regular firm on my new3ds. In updated sysnand mode I guess I should add.

Oh, guess thats why lol, so I dont actually need firm90 for anything if im running updated sysnand with a9lh.

firm90 is not needed anymore as the programs that need firm90 are EmuNAND9, Decrypt9, AGBSave9, and Uncart. all these have A9LH payloads so you can boot them via button combos at poweron without needing firm90.

Gateway also needs firm90 but they are also doing a A9LH payload so it will not need 9.0-9.2 firmware anymore either when it is released.

Need some serious help guys. I just got done getting my OTP and getting A9HL installed. I was able to successfully boot into Updated SysNAND without any issues. I take my SD card out and copy over some CIAs I wanted to install and now my SysNAND won't boot at all. I can, however, boot into AuReiNand's Menu by holding Select. I can also boot into Decrypt9 by Holding L + R. I've followed the guide to the T. I followed the troubleshooting guide and tried using the arm9loaderhax.bin that requires you to press A to power down and that works perfectly fine. But I can't for the life of me get it to boot into SysNAND any help is super appreciated.

Yes, as I said, I was able to boot into my SysNAND just fine at first. I took my SD card out and copied one CIA file over, didn't change anything else, put it back in and I started having issues.

I dunno if it helps, but the back light flashes on for a split second and goes dark again.

remove your SD card and put back the SD card again.
if still not boot backup all the files to your computer, then format your SD card and try again.

this is the usual problem that happens when arm9loaderhax.bin is not found (or possibly not loading right). try using the arm9loaderhax.bin from AuReiNAND 4.0.1 then try using the 3DS

EDIT: I made a guide on updating just AuReiNAND and or the payloads if you need help

So I tried that and....nothing worked. So I formatted again and re-downloaded everything and all of a sudden it started working. So I'm guessing my memory card got corrupted somehow, I dunno. Thanks for the help guys. Almost had a panic attack. xD

That was the arm9loaderhax.bin I originally had and I think it got corrupted somehow. But all is well after I re-downloaded everything. I have a backup of my SD card now in case it happens again.

does NTR work with AuReiNAND 4.0.1, I get current firmware not supported.

EDIT: Fixed it, I used the 10.2 decrypted firm from the NTR folder of FIRMs.7z

Rename the payload. if rename decrypt9.bin to start.bin and and put it in the payloads folder, holding L+Start will boot Decrypt9.

If you name payload default.bin, it will boot via L+R.
Is there no way to just using the select button??
