It should be able to.
Have you installed the patched TWL_FIRM, or you on the latest version of AuReiNAND?
Also, is the firmware on your flashcart up to date?

Install the patched TWL firm again, it should work.

Umm you can just patch the firmware.bin you already have and use with Aureinand with this loader replacement.
Which I've already done for both o3ds and n3ds, 9.0 10.2 and 10.4.

You probably need TWL_Firm mod. Are you running rxTools on your other system?

Try the TWL_firm patch by apache thunder. I'm pretty sure it'll fix your problem.

If you want to mess around with Yifan's loader without needing to hard-code it into firmware.bin, check out my (probably temporary) fork: -snip-

It doesn't do size checking, so it's on you, the user, to get the padding right (which isn't hard).

I will probably remove this once Aurora adds a better version of it. I just wanted something to play with right away.

Edit: Removed, it's on the way in Aurora's repo soon enough, I assume.
