You only need 1 of them and it should be obvious which one. You're more than likely launching from 9.2 (don't get confused by the fact that you're using firmware90.bin for AuReiNand; Firmware 9.2 uses the same native_firm as 9.0). So grab the 9.2 payload from your 3ds model's folder and copy it into a folder called Cia_shortcut in the root of your memory card, as the readme states (at least on the main page: https://github.com/Rohul1997/Gateway_cia)
Do I need to rename it to something like "b.bin"? I was also thinking of doing this for Decrypt9 but I don't know how to do both simultaneously

So I inject again AGBSAVE.bin, CTRNAND.bin, TWLN.bin, and TWLP.bin to sysnand?

Yep, that's exactly right.

I'll second that advice, don't forget to inject TWLN and TWLP, or you're going to be in for a bad time like I was earlier today. DS games utterly refused to work. I stupidly deleted my emuNAND backup after injecting -only- CTRNAND, so I had to jump through a zillion hoops to fix it. Inject the TWL partitions from the very beginning to save yourself a huge hassle.

Wait, weren't you trying to move your emuNAND to sysNAND? Doing that will destroy your 9.2 sysNAND and make it an exact copy of emuNAND.

Well, you aren't really gonna need 9.2 anymore. 9.2 was used to be able to launch arm9 programs, but thanks to A9LH you can pretty much launch all those programs as payloads on A9LH.

Got a little worried haha, but glad to know I don't need it anymore. I do have a last question. Should I create a new emuNAND so I use that to update when 10.8 is out and inject the CTRNAND to sysNAND or is it ok if you just update sysNAND normally through System Settings?

You can update sysNAND just fine through System Settings.
If you're on the latest version of AuReiNAND, press Select at boot and enable all 3 options just to be safe.

No, the firm needs to be named firmware.bin (or firmware90.bin, if you have a need for that one) and directly in the aurei folder. Read the original post of this thread, please. I enjoy helping people, but I have a short temper when people seem to ask questions without reading the instructions.

OTHER programs that you might want to load at boot time (instead of CFW) like decrypt9 and such get renamed (one of them to default.bin, others to b.bin and such) and placed in aurei/payloads. And it's the arm9loaderhax.bin for that program that gets renamed in that case.
