has nothing to do with bin2c that I'm aware of. It can't find the command, meaning it's NOT in your path. (or on Linux, it could very well be a permisions issue. If it IS a bin2c problem, and you built it yourself, did you do a chmod +x on the binary? I'm not a regular Linux user, but I have a general idea of the problem, based on your error. It's either a path problem or a permissions problem either way.)

i'm not able to build CakesFW anymore too, so I think the problem is with this arm-none-eabi-* on PATH thing?

Building
You need 3 things: Python 2.x or 3.x, devkitARM, and armips.
Make sure the cross compilers (arm-none-eabi-*), armips and python3 are in your $PATH.
If everything's set up, just run make.

I never said I wanted to block updates.. I just want to get of a specific nag when it's unwanted. Besides, as far as I know tubehax has some side effects, such as YouTube app not working and stuff.. Haven't really looked in to it because it wasn't something I was interesting at (now on the Wii U, given the hacking scene progress, it's a different story there)

Do you have any issues loading Uncart from your payload directory? I tried setting it to multiple buttons, but no luck. Using a non-screen init from your fork, and every payload loads fine except Uncart. When it loads, the unit stays on but no display. If I switch to your screen init, it works fine.

Setting the DNS on sysNAND doesn't block connections on emuNAND. You can still update emuNAND just fine. I think this is the right choice, because with Safe Mode and A9LH, you're just a button away from a brick.

add this path to your computer's user environment path. I think this will fix your issue.

If you have the bin2c file, latest armips, and you are getting that message, most likely you need to add the line quoted above in your PATH

yep, but the uncart from https://github.com/citra-emu/uncart doesn't with your no screen init a9lh fork

- Yes, as the internet settings are inside the NAND.
- It doesn't, I can access eShop on 9.2 emuNAND. When you run FMP to block the update checks it also makes connecting to update servers useless, thus eShop *does* work on 9.2 and Tubehax DNS.

I haven't used the latest few versions, but what do you mean by that? I use "L to boot into 9.2 sysnand, and that does get update nags

when I hold L during the boot it loads menuhax launcher, and same happens when I hold R down.
How can I access my sysnand? Do I need to select one of those three options at the start?

I did the whole setup following this tutorial and as far as I know it is working. N3ds boots fast and all my cia games work.

edit: I also still have ctrboot manager (if thats important) from old setup with rxtools

Nah, Gateway will never beat .CIA games on emuNAND/sysNAND with a9lh. Cleaner? Because of the tickets.db? You want to play online? Too bad you need a private header.

Jokes aside, I'm pretty lucky I have a CFW than Gateway. I really feel lucky.
