Quick question, how can I update from 3.11 to 3.12 aureinand cfw while in A9LH? It's just like emunand were you just replace the folders, or there is more to it... I am on sysnand 10.7 A9LH. Thx in advance.

loader.bin not need! If you use amr9payload put payload folder.

So bit confused on the new build. I have updatedsysnand on 10.7, have the UpdatedSysnand and pre-patched firm selected. However holding L/key or L+R/key never boots payloads. Just gives the "no emunand detected" error. Did I miss something? Was working fine on 3.12

That was a test build for some users to try. Stick with 3.12, which is the last official release at the moment.

Oh I'm aware. Apparently everything works except Uncart, but I'm assuming its something to do with backlighting. D9/E9/A9Installer work fine with L+button.

Edit: Yea something with Uncart, if I swap to a screen-init A9LH, I can see it fine. When on a non-screen init, nothing shows up. D9/A9Installer screen init though (tried setting uncart to B and Y, but no dice)

What distro do you guys use?
I've been trying to get into using Linux, but 2 distros I used were trash and didn't work.
(Sorry that this is off topic, just wanna ask, since I want to hear some opinions.)
I'm on Ubuntu 15.10 but i'm not able to compile anymore for some reason
I have bin2c and lastest armips
@Aurora Wright What am I doing wrong?
argentlan@ubuntunote:~$ armips

I formatted to my sd card. I backed it up before hand. I copied the data back over. My 3DS will turn on and then turn off half a second later. Even if i take out the sd card. Is this because it is trying to boot the emunand that is no longer there? If this is true can I have someones config file in the aurei folder that boots straight to Sysnand? Thanks

If it turns half-second later, it isn't reading the A9LH file and it automatically shuts down(Unless the fork that you're using doesn't have it) because of that. How big is your SD? Also if you plan on using your sysNAND as your main NAND, you should transfer it over to sysNAND.
Also try to delete your config like pbanj said.

Deleting config doesn't change anything. I will be transferring everything to my sysnand. My SD card is 64gb. Do you mean arm9loaderhax.bin when you say "A9LH file'?

What version are you using?

Current version you hold Select when booting and make sure (Updated sysNAND mode) is ticked then your able to boot directly to sysNAND

Yes, well, I guess you formatted it using Windows' built-in tool, right? Well, Windows only allows you to format it to exFAT or NTFS, but the 3DS doesn't recognize those file systems. You'll need a tool like MiniTool Partition Wizard Free to format it in FAT32.
Also don't flash your emuNAND directly into your sysNAND via Decrypt9. Dump the CTRNAND partition, and maybe the TWL-related partitions and flash them instead. Do not mess with the FIRM0/FIRM1 partitions, else you'll lose A9LH.
