yep, just a thing, it isn't true that menuhax + gateway isn't possible cause gateway released an homebrew to launch laucnher.DAT

Whoops, I meant it isn't exactly worth it. I have CTRBLoader setup with Gateway, but Menuhax has a really bad bootrate for me and Gateway's added onto that is another problem with and of itself.

this thread has 100 (!!) pages, I'm sure the info I need is somewhere but maybe someone can point me to it.
I just set up my O3DS with arm9loaderhax.
1. As first step, I want to boot into my 10.6 emuNand (I have 9.2 sysNAND). What files do I need exactly need to get AuReiNand working?
2. As target scenario, I want to directly boot into Gateway-mode. How can I set this up with arm9loaderhax and AuReiNand?
Any help is highly appreciated.

its loaded from sd. but after boot its already loaded, so the card can be removed

splash.bin increases boot time as it's showing a splash screen at bootup.

You meant to say increases right? I just tried with my AL9H N3DS Aureinand 10.6 SysNAND CFW vs my O3DS 9.2 sysNAND and without splash its nearly as fast. If I add a splash in however, it's a good 4-5 seconds behind.

Thanks for answering, I'll remove the splash then. Not much point slowing the boot down to look at an image for 1 second.

Only thing I'd say is if you're already using A9LH there's no need to remove it like the guide says, you can hold L to boot into AuReiNand SysNand 9.2 and access decrypt9 fine, it's what I did. The rest of it is spot on.
