Homebrew lpp-3ds: When starting program it freezes.

You're missing "end"s everywhere, you have "else if" instead of "elseif", and your code is indented in a weird way that's hard to read.
I think your code was so messed up that Lua couldn't interpret it at all or something.

I tried to fix it for you. I put comments explaining what I changed. I have not tested this on my 3ds yet because I'm lazy. It may not work and you'll have to make some tiny changes.

Honestly, it looks like you don't even know Lua.

Thank you so much! I am still learning LUA, this is my first time making a menu. I couldn't get other interpreters or CTRULib working the way I wan't it to.
