Because Nintendo wants the Wii u to be a main focus, plus the Wii is so under powered to keep up with certain software's or games that could just be put on a Wii u, ps3, or 360

There's simply no reason to release Wii games anymore - the system is too far behind the times at this point and the only thing it can count on is the occasional shovelware title. Soon enough, the system will be discontinued and will start disappearing from the shelves - that's a good enough reason not to develop for it.

Wii U's been out a lot longer than PS3/360's successors. That's not the only factor (not even close) but it's a big one.

Is this really a question? Lets not kid ourselves, the Wii is essentially 2 console generations behind, and sales had dwindled significantly for Wii games in its final year or so. No 3rd party developer except maybe Shovelware developers would be interested in continuing work on the system, and its already over saturated with Shovelware. And of course 1st and 2nd parties are going to work on the new platform.
