Hacking Lost x-rom linker cable need advice

Hi. I lost the linker cable for my x-rom 512.

For some reason I believe easybuy2000.com will never have spare replacements. Can someone tell if I could use a third party linker cable or something and use that. Or if someone knows a website that still carries them I would really appreciate that. Thanks. Btw I have a DS and will have an Acekard 2 soon..maybe there is a way to flash the xrom cart through the DS? Am I out of luck?

There's a way to flash old Flash Advance cartridges from slot-1, nothing for X-rom though. No clue where you'd find replacements, as EasyBuy200 was out of X-rom stuff back when I wanted to buy one years ago.

Their european website seems to have the linker cable in stock...
Although you are unable to purchases it from their site (link goes to missing file)

But they are bound to have many of these in stock. I just suspect they took them
off of their site because they had no other use for them... (Who wants to buy the linker
for a flash cart they can't buy anymore...)

But I'd e-mail easybuy both the usa/canada and european site and see if they will
send you a linker.

If anything new comes out on this subject I'd really like to know, I have a 512Mb x-rom and I think the linker is bad...
