Hacking Lost in a sense

Ok here is said situation I was given an Xbox to fix upon fixing it I was told to keep it. After a few days I was also told that it was "modded" as it can play burned games. After getting a few games I started looking into others aspects of this whole modding thing.

A small bit of knowledge on myself I'm more of a PC and old school gamer, I know of the next gen consoles but never really bothered with them.

With that out of the way I saw a few XBLA titles that I'm rather interested in, looking into said options I heard about Jtag which I understand will allow me to play full XBLA titles without purchase and offline (I really don't care about playing a game with others) Now if anyone can shed some light on this matter I'd be grateful.

On to the questions:

Is it possible to Jtag my 360?
Is it Jtagged already being it runs burned games?
If I can Jtag it, can I do it with a transfer cable?

Any help or insight will be appreciated.

Just being able to play burned games does not make it a jtag. In order to do a jtag on it it needs to have a certain dashboard version. I can't remember the specific numbers off hand. If it comes to be that you can't jtag it you can always reset glitch hack it. Is the system a slim of phat model? Slims can not be jtaged but earlier slim models can be RGH'd. You can find you dashboard version in the system settings.

7371 is the last one that was jtagable.

Yours definitely can't be jtagged, but it can be reset glitch hacked as long as it is not a Xenon.

I think OP has to look if it is a 203w Powerbrick with no HDMI out.

They only came directly from MS from RRoD repairs.

Thank you for all of the replies I now know I have a Xenon so I'm guessing Jtagging it is not going to happen, so I guess I'll just have to buy full version of XBLA titles (I only wanted Voltron and Castlevania HD lol)

I don't know how much you want to spend on a RGH'd 360 since I'm going to get an extra 360 wich I'm going to RGH and put it up for sale.
That is if you want a RGH console...

Yup, twas the non-jtag method, people are reporting getting banned from Xbox Live. (Which you need in order to boot the games, unless you console has the license. In which case you can play offline.) (Doesn't work for Indie games BTW.)
