i just hacked 3DS normally A9LH like in phialect guide. also i'm following his guide for region change.
short story all ok.
tested no problem.
burning all backups in DVD like usual.
then after a while, curiosly checking my backups. that said DVD is corrupted/failed burn. idk which one.
using New 3DS regular Japan. Region Change to US.

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
