Hacking Lost all games when I click on Update to latest firmware

Hi,
I was on 8.0.1 kosmos with sigpatches , and mistakenly click on update( now I am on 8.1.0). CFW was broken...
I downloaded new kosmos (13.0.1) with sigpatches on another SD card and then copied my old Nintendo folder( was approx 30 Gb)

Now, when i boot in CFW, i don't have any game...
Is there a way to get the games without re-installing? How can I get my saves?
