Homebrew Lost Access to Homebrew Channel on Formatted SD Card - Please Help

Hi everybody,

So long story short, my N3DS's original SD card got fried during use and I lost all the installed CIA's and homebrew channel/FBI. I'd like a guide to get the Homebrew Channel back on my newly purchased SD card on my already-hacked N3DS. It has Luma v8.1.1 and GodMode9 v1.4.2 installed, which both boot up from power-on when holding Select and Start, respectively.
