Hardware Loop Input sound through soundcard using asio

Hi there, i know, Windows has the capability to loop sound from the input port, but it has latency. For games like ssb is that to much latency, in my opinion, but my soundcard supports native ASIO. Can I use somehow ASIO for the loop?
