Looking for the "Critical Post(60% chance...)" SIGGY

Heya!

I remember seeing around here someone with a rectangular sig with phrases in it like Critical Post (60% chance that posts will be Insightful) or Alt+Tab (Game and Browse Forums Simultaneously), together with pictures of the skill. However I don't remember the name of the person and neither see the sig anywhere anymore, does anyone know who had it, so I can ask him where to get the picture/where it's from?
