So, I'm no stranger to tinkering around with various aspects of Wii softmodding, at least as far as utilizing various tools to install stuff. sadly not a coder, nor able to create my own mods. However, I've got a little bit of precise work I want to do on my softmod setup.
I'm under the impression that I've gotten something installed improperly, or accidentally futzed with a IOS that i shouldn't have. i've had problems with functionality failing at times, and with the wrong files on the homebrew SD card, the system flat out refuses to boot to the system menu. What i basically need is advice for getting the system back to a "post-letterbomb" state, preferably without completely wiping the system and reinstalling everything if possible, however if that is what's required I'll be willing to accept i've got no choice.
SO. from the softmodded state it's in currently, is it viable to find and reinstall all the proper IOSs and Wads, bring the system to a stable state so that it works normally without the SD card, and takes advantage of the homebrew stuff when the SD card is plugged in................or should i find out how to wipe it down to starting from scratch and re-letterbomb it via smash bros?
