Is there any homebrew app out that will allow me to extract a save from an actual GBA cartridge in slot-2?

NDS_Backup_Tool_3in1.nds (by Rudolph) will backup and restore a save game from a retail cart in a few seconds.
Get the NDS Backup Tool 3in1 v0.31 (2008/1/29) version for the 2008 3in1's!

    Rudolph's Backup Tools

It will dump a retail cart in a few minutes. It is simple so use. It does not require wifi.
It does require an EZFlash 3-in-1 Memory Expansion Pack for NDS Lite ($18.99).

The GBA BackUp tool should work.

BurlyEd, Magil is asking for slot-2, not Slot-1.

Yeah, I was asking for slot-2. Thanks anyway.

The GBA loader worked, just one more question...The saves are .sav, now is there anyway to convert them to a .sps or .xps? VisualBoy Advance doesn't export a file for some reason...
