Gaming Looking for Precision on some questions for RF free games

Ok I have JPN Hyrule Legends (Region Free) Working on my NA N3DS 10.7 Emunand.

Some people were saying that it's impossible to install DLC on a RF version so my questions

1) Is there a way to install the Hyrule Legends JP DLC (when it comes out) on an NA console with a RF .cia of the game? (Cryptofix w/e) name it

2) How do we know if i could backup my JPN copy save and import it in the NA copy when it comes out


In resume what i wanna know is if i want all DLC, if i should
1) Stop playing JPN version and wait for NA version
2) Continue playing JPN since i'm far and i'll be able to get all DLC NP
3) Continue playing JPN for now and transfer to NA

I think u can install DLC in .cia too, not from eshop and u cant backup u save from a JPN game and import in a USA game.

1) As ImInsane said, you can install out of region DLC, but only in .cia format that are the same region as your game. And like any DLC, they may disappear when you visit the E-Shop (though that never happened to me).
2) You can't import a save from a different region than your game (well, you technically can, but the game will detect it as corrupt). So if you want to play the US game, wait that until its release.
