ROM Hack looking for homebrew to look at wifi signals

hi, sometimes when im in the city or something i like to know if there are any wifi signals i can use. using the settings in wifi games is a little slow, because you have to start the game then go in wifi settings etc. is there any homebrew where i can lok at wifi signals?
