Homebrew looking for a homebrew to inject .SAV file into a injected gba VC

Why won't you just do it with GM9? It's not that hard, just make sure the game the save is for was the last GBA game loaded, then with GM9 inject the save following the steps in the "restore GBA VC saves" (there's a quick-jump column on the right to go to it right away): https://3ds.hacks.guide/godmode9-usage.html

Just for reference, GM9 can do MOST things you'd want to do involving title/system files, so keep that GM9 usage page available as a go to when you need something like this since it's very likely it will be there.
