The Alienware M15 and M17 might be good options. Not big on gaming laptops myself, bought my Lenovo Y520 (majorly outdated already) as a portable recording computer.

Next generation gaming laptops have just been announced at CES 2021 and should hit the stores starting late Jan 2021. I suggest you wait till then.

Most probably the best spec for you would be a laptop with an AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX with an Nvidia RTX 3070 laptop gpu with atleast 16GB RAM and a 1 or 2TB SSD. That'll be 2000 usd probably.

This really depends on what GPU you're looking to get, and that may depend on what Games you're planning to play.
You should visit both NVIDIA's and AMD's local website and see what Gaming Laptops they recommend for the price range.

I wouldn't try to import or buy anything that involves a lot of delivery fees, so that the money is almost wholly put to good use.
As it stands, these are what I recommend internationally within your budget:
    • The ASUS TUF Gaming A15
      • AMD Ryzen 9 4900H
      • 16GB RAM
      • 512GB SSD
      • NVIDIA RTX 2060
    • The MSI GP66 Leopard
      • Intel® i7-10870H
      • 16GB RAM
      • 512GB SSD
      • NVIDIA RTX 3060
