I think it's fully possible for the italina leek to be possibly true. If he/she/them/pizza/pasta truly did not know how to dump it, it might take an hour or two to dump considering the size.

Last time it was a cartridge dump which doesn't need a seed that's the only reason the "dummy" seed worked.... You didn't need it. Everyone who had the pre-load had to reinstall the entire game with the leaked CIA to play it.

Some, this goes back to my first post here. That people that should be competent and smart, reduced to the actions here, is disappointing, sad, and not funny. On 4chan it's a bit funny. Even so, isn't there better things to do? I'm making GIFs currently for example, I plan to watch more JoJo's Bizarre Adventure this afternoon, I have things to do, it's like people in this thread don't. Which is fine if the thing preventing that is something, I don't know, tangible and enjoyable. Instead it's hollow and embarrassing.

No.... You only got that message if you installed the pre-load BEFORE installing the dump. You had to delete the pre-load and then install the dump. No seed injection required.
