If you have your Wi-Fi off, Nintendo can't see what you're playing. I guess you can keep your Wi-Fi on and play anyways if you don't believe us and if you want to be paranoid about all of this.

I wouldn't be playing connected, that's not really smart.
Nor paranoid, as I said I'm just cautious about this when there's warning signs. And I'm just speculating as I'm playing other games atm.
I dunno, activity log? Maybe people should stay offline til release if played?

People has been warning long before release so one might think before acting, the hype seems to make everyone way to hasty and not think/care.

7z makes the download smaller then .zip so it would be a good idea to reupload in 7z format
